Completing the Pilates Academy SA’s Mat Work and Apparatus Instructor Training Programme will give you a real edge in becoming an exceptional Pilates teacher. The programme will address every aspect of your Pilates career, ensuring your progress in an ever-developing Pilates industry. If you are a medical practitioner, completing any one of Pilates Academy SA courses will enable you to use the Pilates technique with your patients in your professional practice.

Once you have completed your course and passed the exams set by the academy, you will receive a certificate awarded by Pilates Academy SA. When you book for any course or workshop please indicate whether or not you will require CPD points. In some circumstanced the number of requests made by students will be considered before the CPDs can be applied for.

Pilates Academy SA teacher training courses comply with the standards outlined by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), formerly known as Pilates Method Alliance (PMA®). This is the only worldwide register for comprehensively trained Pilates professionals. A successful pass in this would enable certified instructors to be registered worldwide. Students and Graduates of the Pilates Academy SA must adhere to the NPCP Code of Ethics.
