I attended Katya's Pilates Beginner & Intermediate Mat course in December 2023, and then went on to do the Pilates and accessories and the Pilates and Pregnancy courses in January 2024. As a Biokineticist I incorporate Pilates in the design of my rehab programs and general fitnessprograms. The course is amazing, intense, invogorating and life changing to say the least. Katya's guidance, knowledge, charisma, care, ability to connect with each participant and passion for the practice of Pilates is really rear and breathtaking. I walked away a better human being in so many more aspects after completing this course. I would recomend this course to all physical therapists, Biokineticists, Physiotherapists and Prersonal Trainers. Knowledge is power and continues education makes us better practitioners. Thank you Katya for adding that extra bit of extraordinary into the way I teach and share what i have learnt.

I attended the beginner mathwork instructors course. It was a very enjoyable yet vigorous course. I immediately felt comfortable within the space and although there was a lot of information to go through, it was all spaced out well over the days we had with Katya. If you value attention to detail and having an instructor fully qualified to lead you every step of the way, then you're in the right place.The course is a perfect combination of funny, kind and tough!

I highly recommend Katina’s online Pilates video classes. In my opinion, they are remarkably balanced in terms of load relative to strength, stretching and endurance exercises.I, like Katya, am a ballet dancer and, although I lead a fairly active lifestyle: I play tennis, ski, bike, rollerblade, from time to time I do fitness and dancing, and am fond of trekking, I always lack exercises that are suitable for my body.And finally, Katya and her video lessons appeared in my life. I tried Pilates (offline) before, but before Katya I somehow didn’t develop a relationship with it. Now I realized that Pilates online with Katya is what I always missed. In just a month, I noticed results: my muscles tightened, I began to feel better about my body and legs, I felt flexibility in my back, improved my posture and even lost an extra kilo.You quickly get used to good things 😍 and now 45-50 minutes of Pilates online video class with Katya has become an integral part of my life. Penso, che siano molto equilibrate tra esercizi di forza, stretching e resistenza.Facevo la ballerina prima, come Katya, e ora continuo condurre una vita attiva – gioco a tennis, scio, vado in bicicletta e sui pattini, di tanto in tanto faccio fitness e danza, mi dedico al trekking – ma mi mancavano sempre gli esercizi adatti al mio corpo. Ho addirittura provato a fare Pilates offline qualche anno fa, ma prima delle video lezioni di Katya non avevo mai avuto un buon rapporto con questa disciplina.Ora posso dire che ho trovato quello che mi mancava. In un solo mese di video classi di Pilates online con Katya i miei muscoli di nuovo si sono tonificati, ho migliorato la percezione del mio corpo e delle gambe, ho acquisito flessibilità nella schiena, ho migliorato la postura e ho persino perso un chilo di troppo !Ci si abitua rapidamente al meglio e ora i 45-50 minuti di Pilates online con Katya sono diventati una parte indispensabile della mia vita 😍. Have been loving the online videos, Katya Kinski 🤩. You just have all the ingredients to make working out make sense and to keep one amused and in good spirits about it while doing THE MOST for your body. I am so grateful to have been introduced to these #katyainmypocket p.s. My neck feels SO MUCH BETTER after a session of your desk Pilates

Wonderful learning experience. I did the beginner and intermediate mat course and wish I'd done it earlier in my career. The clinical reasoning taught to adapt exercises for different posture types makes this a resource in my physiotherapy practice. Katya is a experienced teacher with a sense of humour. Highly recommended.

I completed my Beginner and Intermediate Matwork Pilates course with Katya at her studio. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnimg Pilates with Katya. The course was presented brilliantly and Katya herself os a phenomenal teacher and instructor. I learnt so many new things I have been able to apply on a daily basis as a physiotherapist. I would highly recommend Katya and her Pilates courses to anyone who was interested in learning Pilates.
